Monday:

Main: Home - made Chicken Pie,
Side: Green beans (butter/bacon) mash potato and chicken gravy
Desert: Home -made Apple crumble - cream or custard

Tuesday:

Main: 8 oz house burger
Side: Chunky Chips and salad
Desert: Chocolate and Almond Brownie

Wednesday

Main: Beef bourguignon or (bœuf bourguignon) which is a beef stew braised in red wine, often red Burgundy and beef stock, generally flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni, and garnished with pearl onions, mushrooms bacon.
Side: Mash potato and Broccoli
Desert: Cherry Pie

Thursday

Main: Homemade lasagne
Side: Garlic bread and salad
Desert: Sticky toffee pudding – ice cream or custard

Friday

Main:Handmade fried battered haddock or cod served with Mushy peas/garden peas
Side:Bread/butter/Pot of tea
Desert: Lemon tart

Saturday

Main: Slow cooked gammon in cola - The cola adds a sweet treacly flavour to balance the saltiness of the ham.
Side: Egg, Chunky Chips Pineapple and Grilled Tomatoes
Desert: passion-fruit cheesecake

Sunday

Main: Slow roasted shoulder of lamb
Side: goose fat, garlic and rosemary roasties, and Whisky-glazed carrots with garlic tarragon
Desert: Ice cream
